Tully Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
  • 6 parts hot coffee (strong, rich, brewed, hot)
  • 2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey
  • 2 tsps brown sugar
  • 1 oz heavy cream (lightly whipped)
Preparation:
  • Place boiling water in an Irish coffee glass while you prep your ingredients
  • Dump water and add 2 tsp or 2 cubes of brown sugar to your glass
  • Add hot coffee and mix to dissolve the sugar
  • Add Tullamore D.E.W. to the glass and stir
  • Pour the cream over the back of a bar spoon

HONEY HIGHBALL

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Honey
  • 4 parts 7UP or Sprite or Club Soda
  • Cubed ice
Preparation:
Pour 2 parts Tullamore D.E.W. Honey into a glass and fill the glass with ice. Top up with soda of your choice. Squeeze a fresh lemon into the glass and drop in the wedge.
